It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure, including a passport that is valid for at least three months after return travel date.(may vary by country, check for your own country)
We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry any necessary documentation.
If your entry to Turkey after passport control is not accepted or delayed for any reason, Bellaturca Travel has no responsibility. In such a case, your refund request will be evaluated and the cost of the services that may be cancelled on your tour will be refunded to you.
Travellers suffering from any known or suspected medical condition that can have an effect on travel, or women more than 30 weeks pregnant, must notify Bellaturca Travel at least 30 days before departure. In these cases, they must also produce a medical certificate confirming fitness to travel. Bellaturca Travel reserves the right to refuse or to cancel bookings if relevant certificates are not produced. In this regard, Bellaturca Travel will not be liable for any failure, negligence, or deceit on behalf of the traveller. Bellaturca Travel will not be liable for any operator’s refusal to carry any person who has not notified Bellaturca Travel of their condition.
Bellaturca Travel offers a variety of tours, packages tickets and services (“products”) through its website (www.bellaturca.com). Bellaturca Travel’s Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations; therefore, it is of the utmost importance that you read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Bellaturca Travel. The purchase of any travel services offered by bellaturca.com constitutes a contractual arrangement between the person making the booking and Bellaturca Travel, and represents acceptance of Bellaturca Travel’s Terms and Conditions described here.

Please note that bellaturca.com packages do not include luggage porterage and airport assistance services. This services can be available on certain routes with an extra fee. If you would like to purchase luggage porterage and/or airport assistant services , please contact us after your booking.
We always advise that you should pack light. A good rule of thumb is to bring no more than what you can comfortably carry between the bus and your hotel room.
If you are booking for persons other than yourself, you warrant that you have the authority to do so. The booking Terms and Conditions will also apply to all the other members of the party and you are responsible to ensure that all payments are made on behalf of all members of the party. As an individual booker, you need to be at least 18 years of age to be able to make a booking.
Bookings can be made directly online or through a tour operator or agency.
Terms and Conditions – Individual Travellers
BOOKINGS

Every detail regarding the booking must be carefully filled in, for all packages including international flight, please ensure that all passengers’ name is identical to the names as they are in the passports.
Also, state details on accommodation, tours and other requested services, such as related to specific needs upon your booking confirmation, an email will follow containing your booking number and a list of services purchased.
You will also receive an email containing a confirmation invoice and, if applicable, your e-ticket for your flight.
Please check all details on your confirmation and documents carefully to ensure they are exactly as you requested. In the event of discrepancy, please contact Bellaturca Travel immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later.
We will contact you by email as soon as possible after you purchase the tour. In this e-mail we will ask you about your hotel room preferences and other details. Please check the email inbox.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Bellaturca Travel accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
For all bookings, a 20% refundable deposit must be paid at the time of the booking.
The remainder of the total holiday price is to be paid in Turkey by cash. If you wish to pay the remaining amount by credit card, you must use the credit card to which you paid the deposit. (legal payments and bank expenses will be added to the amount to be paid by credit card.
Eg. Let’s say the total cost of the tour you bought is $1000. You will pay 20% of this amount as a deposit during the website reservation.
You can pay the remaining $800 in cash in Turkey. However, if you wish to pay this amount by credit card, the amount you will pay will be $880 due to legal taxes and bank costs. (10% added)
If you do not complete your payment on the first day you are in Turkey, all your tours will be cancelled. In such a case, you will not be able to make any claims.
Please note: Some of our holiday packages may have stricter payment rules, and in those cases the specific information will be stated in the package details on our website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation must be sent to Bellaturca Travel in writing, by e-mail, and need to be confirmed by Bellaturca Travel in order to be valid.
In conformity with business practices within the Turkey travel industry, the traveller is required to pay cancellation fees on the total holiday price as follows:
Cancellation Charges
– The deposit amount on tours including domestic flight tickets cannot be refunded after purchase of the flight tickets. Your reservation will be cancelled after it is notified by email to us in writing 7 days before the date of travel. Please note that hotel costs will be charged on the same credit card for cancellations made up to 6 days before the start date of the tour.
– Tours without flight tickets and hotel accommodation (usually daily tours) can be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the start of the tour.(The start time of day tours is set at 09 am.)
– Detailed cancellation policy description for each tour is available on the tour page. Some tours may have special cancellation policies. Therefore, we would like you to review the cancellation policy terms in detail before completing your booking.
– If a service that has been confirmed unconditionally is cancelled by Bellaturca Travel, for example, due to insufficient participation, cancellations will be made with at least 4 weeks’ (28 days) notice. Bellaturca Travel shall make every effort to provide similar alternative arrangements without additional costs. Should those alternatives not be to your satisfaction, a full refund will be made of the amount paid.
– The counting method for cancellation charges excludes the day of arrival and starts on the date when we receive written notice of cancellation, or on the date upon which your cancellation is treated as occurring because of non-payment. A week is seven days
Flights
Bellaturca Travel does not sell domestic flight tickets.
If flights are included in the tours, we book flights and make the payment on behalf you.
The airline’s cancellation policy applies to ticket cancellations.
Domestic flights cover a maximum of 15 kg of luggage and 8 kg cabin baggage. (you can buy extra luggage on the airline’s website)
Domestic flight tickets are economy class. (flight ticket type is business class on executive tours)
VALIDITY OF PRICES
All prices on the Bellaturca Travel website are per person, unless otherwise specified, and includes VAT and all other taxes. (for cash payment)
All rates quoted on our website are based on current purchasing prices in Turkey.
Bellaturca Travel reserves the right to increase/decrease prices published on our website, without notice, in the event of currency fluctuation, changes to government taxes, or due to any other cost increases beyond Bellaturca Travel’s control. In this event, Bellaturca Travel will absorb an amount equivalent to 5% of the total holiday price. Amounts that exceed the 5%, will be charged to the traveller; however, travellers will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%. No changes will be made to prices within 30 days prior to traveller’s departure to Turkey.

LIABILITY
Force Majeure
Bellaturca Travel disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules resulting from causes beyond the control of Bellaturca Travel. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, labour disputes or any other irregularity beyond Bellaturca Travel’s control. Bellaturca Travel reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights (domestic or international), the travellers shall pay any additional cost caused by this, at the time the service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers etc.). We advise all traveller(s) to have comprehensive travel insurance to meet all contingencies.
General Liability
Bellaturca Travel will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:
- The act(s) and/or omission(s) of the traveller(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or
- the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of the services and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or
- circumstances beyond Bellaturca Travel control as defined under Force Majeure.
Complaints by Traveller
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform Bellaturca Travel immediately so that we can endeavour to put things right.
INSURANCE
Bellaturca Travel considers adequate travel insurance to be essential. Bellaturca Travel cannot accept responsibility for any cost for you or any of your travel party that may incur as a result of failing to take out insurance cover. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance covers all your activities during your holiday, for example, water sports,riding tours and winter sports. Please read your policy carefully and take it with you on your holiday.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD CONTIGENCY
If you do not supply the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information, the issue of your tickets may be delayed, and the overall cost may increase. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if your card payment is declined or if you have supplied incorrect credit card information. We also reserve the right to do random checks in order to minimize credit card fraud.
BELLATURCA TRAVEL PRIVACY POLICY
Bellaturca Travel recognizes that your trust for us is essential for a successful relationship. Protecting your privacy is a responsibility we take very seriously. This Privacy Policy will help you understand how Bellaturca Travel collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide to us on our website. Bellaturca Travel reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time.
By using the Bellaturca Travel website, products or services, you are agreeing to this privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698, Published in the Official Gazette dated 7/4/2016 no. 29677).
Terms in the Privacy Policy shall have the same meaning as in the Act. You therefore Consent that Bellaturca Travel processes your Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Policy or as permitted by law.
Bellaturca Travel collects and Processes Personal Data which customers register on the Bellaturca Travel website, in addition to information on how customers use the website, i.e. by collecting cookies. Personal Data may also be collected during the booking process, shopping, ordering, payment, and in relation to the issuing of tickets.
The collection and Processing of Personal Data collection is for purposes of accounting, billing, auditing, issuing of tickets and credit card verification. Personal Data may be used for security purposes, immigration control and customs enforcement if required by law, administration, quality control, marketing, or legal purposes. Additionally, Personal Data may be used in relation to customer loyalty programs, test purposes, maintenance, customer service and other travel or tour related purposes.
Bellaturca Travel may use Personal Data for marketing, promotional purposes and market analysis. When you sign up for offers, purchase services or book flights with Bellaturca Travel you consent to be contacted for marketing purposes on a regular basis.
Bellaturca Travel is permitted to direct marketing material towards parties which have agreed to the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether they have been registered as objecting to having their names being used for marketing purposes via the National Registry of Turkey. However, Bellaturca Travel customers may always opt out of receiving marketing material from the company. Bellaturca Travel is always permitted to contact customers with direct information related to particular transactions, even if they have been registered as objecting to having their names being used for marketing purposes via the National Registry of Turkey and also opted out of receiving marketing material from the company.
Bellaturca Travel may permit it‘s partners to access or Process Personal Data. However, this will only be permitted on a reasonable or legal basis. Additionally, Bellaturca Travel is permitted to maintain a customer registry and to share it with others for additional Processing, given that Personal Data is treated in accordance with law.
Bellaturca Travel customers have the right to have incorrect, misleading or incomplete Personal Data rectified, erased, deleted or improved upon. Bellaturca Travel customers have the right to have their Personal Data erased if there is no reasonable basis for it being kept. An exception to this shall be made if Bellaturca Travel is obliged to keep the data in accordance with law.
Bellaturca Travel never collects or Processes Personal Data unless it is done fairly, on reasonable grounds or with a legal basis, and makes sure that all usage is done in accordance with good practices of Personal Data Processing.
In case of the Privacy Policy not applying, Turkish law shall apply.
