This Privacy Policy explains how Bellaturca Travel collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website, contact us or book a tour with us. We process personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Who we are
Bellaturca Travel is a licensed travel agency registered with TURSAB (the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) under license number 11177, based in Ürgüp, Cappadocia, Turkey. Bellaturca Travel is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and messaging app details.
- Booking details: tour dates, number of travelers, ages of children, hotel and flight information, dietary needs and special requests you share with us.
- Identity details: passport information, only when required for domestic flight tickets or hotel registration.
- Payment details: card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar information collected through cookies.
Why we use your data
- To arrange and deliver your booking, including tours, transfers, hotels, flights and entrance tickets.
- To communicate with you before, during and after your trip.
- To process payments and meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.
- To improve our website and services, and to measure the performance of our advertising.
- To send you news and offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We process your data because it is necessary to fulfill our contract with you, to comply with our legal obligations, for our legitimate business interests, or on the basis of your consent where consent is required.
Who we share your data with
We share only the data needed to deliver your trip, with:
- Hotels, airlines (such as Turkish Airlines, Pegasus Airlines and AJet Airlines), guides, drivers and activity providers involved in your booking.
- Stripe, our payment provider, which processes your card payments.
- IT, hosting and analytics service providers that support our website.
- Public authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our service providers, such as Stripe and our email, cloud and analytics services, may store data outside Turkey. Such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to work properly, to understand how visitors use it, and to measure our advertising, including through tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the website may not work correctly without them.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and for the periods required by Turkish tax and commercial law. After that, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it;
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction of your data, within the conditions set by law;
- request that third parties who received your data are notified of such correction or deletion;
- object to a result against you arising from analysis made exclusively by automated systems;
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
