• The duration of the balloon flight is approximately one hour, depending on the weather conditions.

• Balloon flight cancellations are more frequent during the winter months (December to March).

• Please note that while delays may occur due to traffic or one-way systems, the shuttle buses cannot wait if you are not ready at the scheduled pick-up time at your hotel or accommodation address, as this could delay other passengers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the flight time. Any cancellation requests or no-shows after this period will be subject to the full fee. Please be aware that a passenger who fails to show up in the morning will be considered a "no-show" and charged a 100% cancellation fee.
