What to expect

• With this 3-day tour, you will see all the beauties of Cappadocia and Mt.Erciyes at a limited time. Due to this limited time, flights to Cappadocia are the first flights in the morning. (Usually 06.40 am flight, subject to availability).

• Your pickup time from Istanbul hotel will be around 05.00 am.

• This tour does not include assistant services at airports. Driver will drop you off at the airport terminal entrance door. You are expected to go to the gate of the flight after handing over your luggage.

• Domestic flights are economy class with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines according to availability. Baggage allowance is 8 kg cabin and 15 kg check-in baggage. (In total 23 kg)

• The ski season at Mt.Erciyes typically runs from December to March, with the best conditions occurring in January and February.

• Ski equipment is not included in the tour price, but it is possible to rent at the ski resort.

• Accommodation is based on standard double room rates.

• This is a private tour. Only you and your loved ones will join the tour.

• The itinerary of private tours is extremely flexible. You can change the route of the tour according to your wishes and set the start and end times.

• The hot air balloon ride operates in optimum weather conditions. The decision for the flight to take off on any given day is decided by the government officials at the last minute depending on weather conditions to ensure passenger safety. If the balloon flight is cancelled due to weather conditions and you purchased your ticket from us, the amount you paid will be refunded in cash.

• At the end of this tour, you are expected to be at your hotel in Istanbul around 11.00 pm.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers can cancel up to 7 days before the experience start date to receive a full refund. The deposit is non-refundable if the domestic flight tickets have been booked and delivered.
