This is the full circuit of western and central Turkey, done privately, with your own guide and vehicle throughout. Two days in Istanbul cover the old city, the palaces and the Bosphorus, then you fly to Cappadocia for two days among the valleys, the cave churches and the underground cities. From there you travel overland through Konya, stopping at the Sultanhani caravanserai and the Mevlana Museum, and continue to Pamukkale for the white travertine terraces and the Roman city of Hierapolis. The last leg takes you west to Ephesus, one of the best preserved ancient cities in the Mediterranean, before an evening flight back to Istanbul.

What to expect

• This is a private tour. Only you and your own group take part.
• The itinerary is flexible. You can change the route and set the start and end times to suit you.
• Accommodation is based on a standard double room: 2 nights in Istanbul, 3 in Cappadocia, 1 in Pamukkale and 1 in Kusadasi.
• Breakfast every morning, lunch with a soft drink on the touring days outside Istanbul, and dinner at the hotels in Pamukkale and Kusadasi. In Istanbul lunch is not included, as the city has more good places to eat than we could put in a tour.
• All entrance tickets on the route are included.
• Domestic flights are economy class with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines, according to availability. Baggage allowance is 8 kg cabin and 15 kg checked baggage (23 kg in total).

Good to know before you book

• The flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia is usually an evening flight, on the third day, after your Bosphorus tour.
• The balloon flight is not included, but we can arrange it as an optional extra. It takes place at sunrise, before the day's programme begins. As you spend three nights in Cappadocia, you have three mornings to fly, including the morning you leave for Konya. Flights depend on the weather and are cleared each morning by the civil aviation authority, and if none of the mornings fly you receive a full refund.
• Cappadocia to Pamukkale is travelled overland, with stops at the Sultanhani caravanserai and the Mevlana Museum in Konya. It is a long driving day, so expect to spend much of it on the road.
• This tour does not include assistant services at airports. The driver drops you at the terminal entrance, and you proceed to your gate after checking in your luggage.
• The tour ends in Istanbul. You are back at your Istanbul hotel around 23:00 on the eighth day.

• 3 to 4  people -  5 % discount

• 5 to 6  people -  10% discount

• 7 to 8  people -  15% discount

• 9 to 10 people - 20% discount

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 7 days before the tour start date and receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date, the deposit is not refunded, as your domestic flight tickets are issued in your name and cannot be refunded. Any amount you have paid above the deposit is returned to you.
